The word "doula" comes from ancient Greek, meaning "a woman who serves."

It is my greatest honor to be of service to those going through any version of birth or rebirth. Whether you are new or seasoned to this work, it is a sacred life transition. I am here to be your container, the ultimate space holder as you move through this experience that is uniquely yours. It truly takes a village, so allow me to be a part of yours.

Doula Birth Package 𓆃

$1100 | What’s Included

Two prenatal visits including a detailed birth plan fine tuned to your needs and preferences

Attend the entirety of the birth + up to 2 hours after

Labor and birth positioning, counter pressure techniques, partner support, therapeutic-grade heating pad for early labor cramps or back pain, cold stones used to massage and cool the body, essential oils, rebozo, and reiki healing utilized during each phase of birth.

You will also receive access to my library of birth, doula, and postpartum books.

Postpartum add on $800 ::

Four postpartum visits focusing on the first forty days. Home, meal prep, and baby support wherever you need it most. As well as a nourishing meal brought to each home visit to support the healing mother + family.

+ A postpartum gift basket including healing balms, oils, supportive herbs + tea, and an herbal sitz bath for yoni healing. Option to receive a gentle reiki session at each home visit to promote the healing of the mind body and spirit.

Guided meditations, pre and post natal yoga pose suggestions, reiki healing session, postpartum meal support, belly binding, birth resources + more.
